Want to be part of a clinical trial aimed at evaluating the safety and tolerability of a new investigational DNA vaccine to protect against SARS CoV-2 virus also know as COVID-19?
With the support of the Australian Government through the Medical Research Future Fund (MRFF), an extended Phase 1 Human Trial in Australia will evaluate COVIGEN, a COVID-19 needle-free DNA-based vaccine. COVIGEN is a naked DNA based vaccine which has been already tested in preclinical studies.
This trial will include 8 clinic visits and 2 telephone calls over a twelve month period.
To be eligible you must:
- Be a healthy male or healthy female who is not pregnant or who cannot bear children
- Aged 18-75 (inclusive)
- Have no active or previous infection with SARS-CoV-2
